My work sits at the intersection of financial insight and operational strategy. I help NFPs and small to medium organisations understand what’s actually holding them back - through a Structured Operational Health Check - and build the foundations that allow them to grow, govern well, and deliver on their mission with confidence.
I bring a direct, practical approach. I ask honest questions, name what I see, and work alongside leadership teams to make change stick - not just recommend it.
What drives me is straightforward. I’ve spent years watching organisations with genuine purpose and capable people fall short of what they could achieve - not because of a lack of ambition, but because the operational foundations weren’t there to carry it.
That frustration never leaves you. Neither does the satisfaction of watching a CEO finally regain time and headspace back, or seeing an organisation move out of survival mode and start to grow into what it was always capable of becoming.
My qualifications include an AICSA (UK), an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and I am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. I currently serve as a Non-Executive Director and Treasurer for Consent Labs, a purpose-driven organisation working in sexual consent education.
